Elysian Links NC Terms & Conditions Effective Date: September 17, 2026 By using the Elysian Links NC website, purchasing jewelry, booking an appointment or private event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Permanent Jewelry Services Elysian Links NC provides custom-fit permanent jewelry, including bracelets, anklets, necklaces, charms, connectors, and other available jewelry options. Permanent jewelry is typically welded closed rather than secured with a traditional clasp. Although referred to as "permanent," the jewelry can be removed by carefully cutting the chain when necessary. Customers are responsible for approving the jewelry selection, sizing, placement, and fit before welding. Pricing & Payment Prices vary depending on the chain material, length, charms, connectors, and other selections. Current pricing will be displayed or communicated before purchase. Payment is due at the time specified during checkout, appointment, or event booking. Jewelry Availability Chains, charms, connectors, and other jewelry are subject to availability. Photos displayed online are representative of our products, but slight variations in appearance, sizing, finish, or availability may occur. Specific jewelry selections cannot be guaranteed for an appointment or party unless Elysian Links NC has expressly confirmed availability. Private Parties & Events Private parties may be available for weddings, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, birthdays, girls' nights, and other events. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve an event date. Applicable event minimums, travel fees, deposits, and other requirements will be disclosed during the booking process. The host is responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that Elysian Links NC has reasonable and safe access to the event location. Separate Party & Cancellation Terms apply to private-event bookings and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation and rescheduling requirements are provided during booking and on our Party & Cancellation Policy page. When a non-refundable deposit is required, it reserves the selected date and time and is subject to the cancellation and rescheduling conditions disclosed at booking. Jewelry Care & Longevity Permanent jewelry is designed for extended wear, but it is not indestructible. Wear and longevity depend on the chain, material, lifestyle, exposure to chemicals, physical activity, and other factors. Customers should avoid unnecessary pulling or snagging and follow any care instructions provided. Normal wear, tarnishing, fading, stretching, breakage, or damage caused by improper care, accidents, snagging, outside alterations, or circumstances beyond our control may not qualify for complimentary repair or replacement. Removal & Medical/Safety Requirements Permanent jewelry can be removed when necessary by carefully cutting the chain. Customers are responsible for following instructions from medical professionals, employers, schools, security personnel, athletic organizations, or other authorities regarding jewelry removal. Elysian Links NC does not guarantee that permanent jewelry may remain on during medical procedures, imaging, travel security screenings, employment activities, sports, or other circumstances where jewelry restrictions may apply. Minors A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for permanent jewelry services performed on a minor. Elysian Links NC may establish additional age requirements or decline service when appropriate for safety or other legitimate business reasons. Allergies & Sensitivities Customers are responsible for informing Elysian Links NC of known metal allergies or sensitivities before selecting jewelry. Information regarding jewelry materials will be provided to the best of our knowledge, but individual reactions and sensitivities can vary. Refusal of Service Elysian Links NC reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for safety, suspected fraud, abusive or threatening behavior, inability to safely perform the requested service, or failure to comply with these Terms. Website Content Website photographs, branding, logos, graphics, written content, and other original materials belonging to Elysian Links NC may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elysian Links NC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Changes to These Terms Elysian Links NC may update these Terms periodically. The version posted at the time of a transaction or booking will apply as permitted by applicable law.
