Party & Cancellation Policy

Elysian Links NC — Private Party Terms Private parties are available for weddings, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls' nights, and other special events. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Your event is not considered booked until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the final event total unless otherwise stated at booking. Event Minimum: Private parties are subject to a minimum purchase amount or minimum number of guests, as specified when booking. If fewer guests participate than originally planned, the host is responsible for ensuring the agreed event minimum is met. Jewelry Selection: Chain and charm availability varies and is subject to current inventory. Guests may select from the chains, charms, and connectors available for the event. Specific styles may be requested in advance, but availability cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed. Pricing: Jewelry is priced according to the chain/material, length, charms, and other additions selected. Each guest may pay individually unless another payment arrangement has been made in advance. Travel: Mobile events outside Elysian Links NC's standard service area may require a travel fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before the event is confirmed. Permanent Jewelry: Permanent jewelry is custom fitted and welded closed without a traditional clasp. Each guest will approve the fit and placement before the piece is welded. Permanent jewelry can be removed with scissors or jewelry cutters if necessary. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Because your event date and time are reserved specifically for you, booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event may transfer the deposit one time to a new available date within the following 90 days. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, failure to attend, or failure to provide access to the event location will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another event. If Elysian Links NC must cancel due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or another circumstance that prevents the event from being safely completed, the host may choose to reschedule and transfer all amounts paid to the new date or receive a refund of amounts paid. If severe weather or unsafe travel conditions affect a mobile event, Elysian Links NC will work with the host to reschedule whenever reasonably possible. By submitting a party booking and paying the required deposit, the host acknowledges and agrees to these Party & Cancellation Terms.
